Founder & Director, QLink Support Ltd
Hi, I’m Connor – a passionate advocate and support professional with nearly a decade of experience working alongside individuals and families facing complex challenges. I’m currently completing my Master’s in Social Work and hold an undergraduate degree in Social Care, Justice & Recovery.
My journey into this work has been shaped not only by my education but also by real-life experience. I’ve walked alongside people navigating the system and I know how frustrating, overwhelming, and isolating that can feel. That’s why I started QLink Support Ltd: to provide Low-Cost accessible, human support for anyone who faces barriers when trying to access care, services, or their rights.
From mental health to housing, immigration to navigating appointments my mission is to make sure you’re not left behind or expected to do it all alone. With QLink, you’ll find clear guidance, someone to advocate with and for you, and a genuine commitment to making your journey easier.
Let’s build a chain of support where no one falls through the gaps.

Here are some testimonials from people we have supported, its their experience - their words - their support.
“I’d been signed off work due to my health and felt completely lost trying to deal with the PIP process. I didn’t know where to start, and it was all getting too much. The support I got made all the difference everything was explained in a way I could understand, and I was helped to get organised and stay in control. I was supported right through the application and felt like someone was properly standing up for me. In the end, I got a positive outcome and it’s taken such a weight off. I finally feel like I can move forward with my life.”

“I’d been putting off filling out important forms for months because I just didn’t understand them – it all felt overwhelming and stressful. Getting support made such a difference. Everything was explained clearly and I was guided through each step with patience and care. Now that the forms are done, I feel so much more confident in accessing the support I need and actually feel in control of my care for the first time in ages.”

“Before I got support, I was really struggling with my mental health. I wasn’t getting anywhere with my GP and felt like I was just stuck. I got help to move to a new doctor who actually listened and got me referred to a specialist – now I’m finally on a pathway to diagnosis and proper treatment. At the same time, I was supported to apply for college, got onto an access course, and now I’m starting uni in September to study Law. I never thought that’d be possible for me. Having someone in my corner who actually cared made all the difference.”
