Our mission is to break down barriers, reduce overwhelm, and ensure that no one has to navigate the system alone. Whether you’re facing challenges with housing, health, social care, benefits, or emotional wellbeing, we’re here to guide, support, and empower you every step of the way.

We offer flexible, person-centred services including personalised Signposting & Referral Support, our unique QLink Care Passport Service (a living document to track and share your care journey),       and the Support Buddy Service, where we can attend key                       appointments with you, take notes, ask questions, and help YOU stay in control of your own care.

From one-off sessions to ongoing guidance, we meet you where you are virtually or in person with respect, compassion, and no judgement. At QLink, we connect YOU to the chain of support that works for your life.
